United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Maldives launches the global Human Development Report, on 10^th December 2019. More than 30 members from The Maldives National University Students Union (MNUSU) took part in the event, along with members of its executive committee.

The report was based on inequalities and addressed as “Beyond income, beyond averages, beyond today: inequalities in human development in the 21^st century”. A panel discussion followed the launch of the report, where students interacted and were given chance to ask questions.

The participation of students in these kind of sessions aim to provide the students with maximum facts about the necessary information and current update about the national and global movements.

The event was held in the Faculty of Education auditorium, MNU.
